Checking on product availability

How to check the availability of our products

You can easily check the availability status of each product in our online shop or in our stores.

Start by entering the product you want to check the availability of in the search box on the website (e.g. ya multivitamin).
Then click on the product you are looking for in the search results and go to the product page. (e.g. ya multivitamin tabl 200 pcs)
On the product page, a traffic light will indicate the availability status of the online store's stock. You can check the availability per pharmacy by clicking on the Check availability in pharmacies button.
If a product is out of stock in our online store, you can subscribe to receive an email notification when the product is available again.

Näin tarkistat tuotteidemme saatavuustilanteen

Voit helposti tarkastaa tuotekohtaisen saatavuustilanteen verkkokaupassamme tai myymälöissämme.

1. Aloita kirjoittamalla sivuston hakukenttään tuote, jonka saatavuustilanteen haluat tarkistaa. (Esim. ya monivitamiini)
2. Klikkaa sen jälkeen hakutuloksissa hakemaasi tuotetta ja siirry tuotteen sivulle. (esim. ya monivitamiini tabl 200 kpl)
3. Tuotesivulla liikennevalo kertoo verkkokaupan varaston saatavuustilanteen. Apteekkikohtaisen saatavuuden voit tarkistaa klikkaamalla Katso saatavuus apteekeissa -painiketta.
4. Mikäli tuote on verkkokaupastamme loppu, voit tilata sähköpostiisi ilmoituksen, kun tuotetta on jälleen saatavilla.
