Sometimes your order is sent in several parcels because it doesn't fit in one. You can check if you have more packages on the way by logging in here: company.com/order or by contacting our Customer Service.
If you are missing a product in your shipment but have all the packages at home, you should contact our Customer Service immediately.
However, if the parcel has visible signs of damage that may have caused a product to fall out of the parcel during delivery, a complaint should be made immediately directly to the retailer or to the driver who delivers the parcel to you. Photograph the damage to the package so that it can be used in any claim against the carrier. This is regardless of whether you have unpacked the delivery or not. Always save the packaging and leave the waybill until you have received instructions.
